Return & Refund Policy

All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful, which means each item is custom-produced just for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect size, or change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ve got you covered. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo and brief description of the issue, and we’ll gladly replace or refund your item at no cost to you.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are the wrong size, color, or style chosen by the customer.

  • All items are produced on-demand, so we cannot restock or resell returned products.

  • If there is a manufacturing error or damage, we will replace or refund the item once the issue is verified.

Order Issues

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product:

  1. Email us at president@sdarmada.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, a brief description, and a clear photo of the problem.

  3. Once reviewed, we’ll issue a replacement or refund depending on your preference.

Shipping & Address Errors

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we’ll contact you to confirm the correct address. Additional shipping costs may apply for resending the package.

Lost Packages

If your order appears lost in transit, please reach out so we can help investigate and resolve it through our fulfillment partner.
